Instructions for descaling a pressure machine

1. Pour the descaler into the water tank: Pour the descaler into the water tank in the machine (Remove the filter beforehand) and refill with water to the designated point. Do not exceed the ratio of 1:10 descaler to water.
2. Start the descaling process: Follow the instructions for use of the machine to start the descaling cycle. This usually involves running a special program or manually passing water through the device.
3. Pull the solution through the machine: Allow the solution to flow through the system to remove limescale deposits. Usually this needs to be done in several cycles, passing part of the solution through the machine and then allowing it to work for a few minutes before repeating the process
4. Rinse the water tank: After the descaling cycle is complete, empty the water tank and rinse it thoroughly.
5. Fill the tank with clean water: Pour fresh water into the water tank.
6. Pull clean water through the machine: Run the rinse cycle by passing clean water through the machine to remove any remaining descaling solution. Repeat this process at least twice to ensure that all residues have been removed.

How to use:

✅Coffee machines with cleaning software:

Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. Insert one Profi&Home tablet into the coffee maker in the ground coffee hole and the rest will be done automatically by the program.

✅Expresses without cleaning program:

1. Put one tablet in a coffee container.
2. Place the cup under the nozzle and run the coffee preparation program.
3. When the cup is half full, turn off the device for 15 minutes (main switch), then turn it back on and finish the program.
4. Repeat this procedure until clean water starts flowing out of the machine.
5. Remove the brewing unit and rinse thoroughly under running water.
6. Pour the first coffee after the cleaning process.

✅Pressure machines with manual infuser:

1. Fill the filtering tip with water, dissolve the tablet in it.
2. Remove the brewing unit, put into the solution.
3. Leave for at least 10 minutes.
4. Rinse the brewing unit under water, place in the device.
5. Drain at least 300 ml of water.
