How could Epson further improve its best-selling hand-held label printers? The answer is the LW-K400VP – a lightweight device with a built-in keyboard and a host of productivity features. Exceptionally large fonts, new symbols and improved templates make label printing even simpler and more economical for office workers, retailers, electricians, AV installers and warehouse and resource managers.

Easy text input

The bright LCD screen and built-in keyboard make it easy to enter text in any lighting conditions. Fonts in very large sizes are also available, but the text can be automatically adjusted to the desired label size.

Less waste

Longer tapes up to 9 meters are a lower total cost of ownership. Margins can be reduced to a width of one millimeter, which significantly reduces the amount of waste.

Faster label creation

Thanks to the built-in manual guillotine, the Cut & Print function (Cut and Print) prints another one with the initial series settings when the user detects a label cut, which saves time. The LW-K400VP also has built-in memory, so previous designs can be recalled quickly.

More choice

New satin tape templates and improved cable label designs are also available.

Included with the LW-K400VP is a power supply, a hard travel case and a soft case. It is also available in standard version LW-K400 with power supply and version LW-K400L without power supply. Does not include batteries.
