How to solve printing and cutting problems

1. Remove the tape from the device.
2. Hold the top dial of the device, then twist the bottom dial until the center of the cutting mechanism on the top dial is in the same line as the wide plastic element on the bottom dial. When they are aligned, there should be an audible “click”.
