⚠️There are two types of AS06 filter inserts that differ in size (AS06-1/2A and AS06-1A).

The filter insert offered here is designed for the following filters:

• FF06 Backwash Filter with 3/4" connections (FF06-3/4AA),
• FF06 Backwash Filter with 1" connections (FF06-1AA),
• FF06 Backwash Filter with 1 1/4" (5/4") connections (FF06-11/4AA),
• FK06 Pressure Reducing Valve with 1" connections (FK06-1AA),
• FK06 Pressure Reducing Valve with 1 1/4" (5/4") connections (FK06-11/4AA).

Filtration accuracy: approx. 100μm.

Approximate insert dimensions: 32x103mm.

The filter insert is supplied with an o-ring seal for sealing the connection between the filter chamber housing and the filter body.

The filter insert has a PZH (National Institute of Hygiene) certificate.

Instructions for replacing the filter cartridge:

1. close the valve before the filter,
2. reduce the pressure on the starting side by draining a certain amount of water,
3. close the valve behind the filter,
4. drain the water from the filter chamber through the drain valve located at the bottom of the filter,
5. close the drain valve,
6. unscrew the filter cartridge cover ("flare") with the ZR06F key (the key comes complete with a filter, the keys can also be purchased separately, they are available in the Wod Bud offer),
7. remove the used filter cartridge,
8. remove the filter mesh from the plastic carcass,
9. put a new contribution on the carcass,
10. rinse the filter cartridge cover and the new cartridge with clean drinking water,
11. insert the filter cartridge into the cover ("flare"),
12. if necessary, replace the cover o-ring gasket ("flare") of the cartridge (the gasket is supplied with a filter mesh),
13. firmly screw the cover ("flare") of the cartridge without the use of tools, taking care not to cut the O-ring gasket,
14. Slowly open the shut-off valves.
