A set of 6 filters designed for THESSLA GREEN AirPack4 recuperators with a V nozzle system. The kit fits AirPack4 300V, 400V, 500V and 550V models.

The offered set consists of 2 pleated filters class M5 and 4 interchangeable prefilters class G3. Two prefilters can be mounted together with M5 filters, while the other two pieces form a stock for the next replacement.

The kit is a high quality replacement for THESSLA GREEN CleanPad Pure 10 filters with the catalog designation 002B0010. The two-stage design helps to effectively stop contaminants and reduces their deposition inside the control panel.

When to change filters?

Filters should be replaced regularly, usually around every 3 to 6 months. The frequency depends, among others, on the air quality, season, intensity of operation of the headquarters and location of the building.

The exchange should be carried out when:

• The control panel will display a message about filters,
• the filter surface is clearly soiled,
• decreased air flow,
• the recuperator is working louder than before,
• increased energy consumption of the device,
• There is more dust in the rooms,
• It has been about 3 to 6 months since the previous exchange.

G3 prefilters can be controlled more often than main filters, especially during periods of increased pollination or intense pollination of plants.

About the product

The kit uses two-stage air filtration. The G3 prefilter mounted in front of the main filter captures larger contaminants such as dust, fibers, insects and larger dust particles.

Pleated M5 filter is responsible for more thorough air purification. The harmonic design increases the active surface area of the filter material, which promotes effective retention of impurities while maintaining proper air flow.

How to take care of filters?

Regularly control the condition of filters – the speed of their contamination depends on weather conditions, the location of the building and the intensity of ventilation.

Do not wash M5 filters with water – the pleated material is not intended for washing or wet cleaning.

Take care of the cleanliness of the air intake – leaves, dust and other dirt at the intake can accelerate the contamination of filters.

Replace both main filters at the same time – this allows you to maintain even filtration and proper operation of the control panel.

How to change filters?

1. Turn off the recuperator according to the user manual of the device.
2. Open the lid for access to the filter chambers.
3. Remove the filters for replacement.
4. Attach one G3 prefilter to each new M5 filter.
5. Place the prepared filters in the appropriate chambers.
6. Check the correct location and direction of air flow.
7. Close the lid and start the control panel.
8. Reset the counter or filter replacement message if necessary.
