Prekė: Fotoaparatas Ricoh GR IV HDF. Kategorija: Kompaktiškas.
- Gamintojas: Ricoh
- Modelis: GR IV HDF
- Spalva: black
The new version, GR IV HDF, retains all the advantages of the base model: exceptional image quality, fast performance and mobility. In addition, it is equipped with the RICOH HDF (Highlight Diffusion Filter), which allows you to instantly and easily obtain soft, delicate frames with subtly diffused lights – next to the characteristic for the basic version photos with high sharpness and clarity. This creative versatility expands the possibilities of expression in snapshot photography.
The most important features of the RICOH GR IV
Super-flat, high-performance GR lens
The GR IV is equipped with the newly developed GR 18,3 mm F2,8 lens, which combines exceptional image quality with a flat design while maintaining a 28 mm viewing angle (35 mm equivalent in 35 mm format) and the maximum F2,8 aperture of its predecessor. The new lens consists of seven optical elements in five groups, including aspherical elements and other glass elements with high refractive power and low dispersion. This ensures high contrast and resolution of images and sharpness up to the very edges of the frame, while minimizing distortion and chromatic aberrations.
Image matrix, processor and accelerator for high image quality and high resolution
To improve image resolution, reproduce rich color gradations and increase sensitivity, the GR IV combines a newly developed, rear-illuminated CMOS image sensor of APS-C format, providing higher sensitivity and lower noise levels, with an improved GR ENGINE 7 image processor. With a resolution of about 25,74 megapixels and improved image processing performance, the GR IV delivers exceptionally high-quality images with high resolution and delicate gradations. The camera is also equipped with a RICOH patented acceleration unit that optimizes image data captured by an image sensor with a high signal-to-noise ratio and transmits it to the image processor, providing maximum ISO 204800 sensitivity for shooting with very high sensitivity.
Advanced IBIS technology to reduce camera vibration
Thanks to the specially developed SR (Shake Reduction) mechanism in the camera body, the GR IV effectively compensates for camera vibrations when triggering the shutter. Supported by a significantly improved compensation algorithm, this five-axis mechanism minimizes undesirable effects caused by tilting, rotation and rotation during normal shooting, as well as offsets when shooting macros by up to six degrees of aperture*. * The tilt, swivel and swivel compensation effect is six degrees of aperture in the center of the image and four degrees of aperture at the edges. Measured according to CIPA standards from 2024.
Advanced AF system with minimum start-up time and fast autofocus
The newly designed lens tube and optimized GR IV start-up sequence reduce the start-up time to about 0,6 seconds – the shortest ever GR series, significantly improving shooting speed. This combination also reduces the time it takes to switch to macro mode and turn off the camera. The camera's high-speed lens drive combined with the high-speed reading of data from the image sensor also ensures fast focusing and improved autofocus accuracy. The autofocus speed in low light conditions, as well as the accuracy and detection range of the phase-matched AF system in the image plane have also been optimized to significantly improve the overall AF performance of the GR IV.
Compact, slim and functional body design
To improve camera speed and ease of use, the body of the GR IV has been completely redesigned and is now compact, slim and functional — exactly what a camera needs to take photos. The body is slimmer than previous models of the GR series, and to ensure a secure grip, the thumb rest on the back has been shaped so that the camera fits well and comfortably in the photographer's hand. The layout of the buttons and control knobs has been changed, and the mode selector lever (ADJ) has been replaced with a control knob for easy operation and makes the GR IV even more functional and user-friendly than ever before. The camera body is made of lightweight, highly rigid magnesium alloy for greater durability and reliability when shooting and transporting.
Quick setting of the most suitable exposure mode for the subject being photographed
In Auto mode, the GR IV has a hyper function that allows the photographer to switch exposure mode by simply turning the front knob to aperture priority mode or the rear knob to shutter priority mode. With the new depth of field (Sn) priority feature, photographers can take photos with highlighted depth of field resulting from the distance of the subject in snapshots and the effect of visual depth.
New "cinema mode" for the image control function "Image Control"
The “Image Control” function provides various possibilities of expression in terms of image composition. It simulates image expression according to known image parameters, such as those used in various films in analog photography. In addition to the 12 existing effects modes, the GR IV now offers another image simulation mode: the new cinema mode. Individually selected shades of yellow or green can be used to recreate the typical atmosphere and visual effect of nostalgic cinematic films. In addition to basic parameters such as saturation, hue, tone, contrast and granularity effect, two additional parameters can be set in this new mode – strength and size – at the desired level, which provides a wider range of visual expression options and allows you to choose the desired image finish. In addition to various presets, photographers can add individual settings (recipes) to the image control menu as a user-defined mode.
Double Bluetooth® and Wi‑Fi communication
The GR IV is equipped with a dual communication system that combines Bluetooth® and Wi‑Fi technologies, allowing easy pairing with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The new GR WORLD app, developed specifically for the RICOH GR series, simplifies various communication operations, including transferring image data to your smartphone, remotely triggering a shutter using your smartphone, and transferring camera location data to your smart device.
High resolution LCD monitor with excellent outdoor visibility
The GR IV is equipped with a 3‑ inch HD LCD monitor with a resolution of approximately 1 037 000 points. It features an air gap-free design that uses a special plastic material between the monitor touch panel and the reinforced glass protective cover, which effectively reduces reflections and light scattering, improving visibility when shooting outdoors. Setting the monitor outside provides excellent visibility in both bright daylight and dark interiors. This feature also includes a new automatic setting that automatically adjusts the brightness of the monitor to the lighting conditions at the shooting location.
Developed by RICOH HDF (Highlight Diffusion Filter) filter
The GR IV HDF HDF is equipped with the RICOH Highlight Diffusion Filter, which highlights bright areas and ensures softness and delicacy of images. This special effects filter was developed using advanced inkjet printing technology, which RICOH has been perfecting for many years. It disperses bright areas and creates a blur effect at the edges of the image, providing nostalgic photos similar to those of analog photography or movies. Because the HDF filter can be turned on and off with a single touch, users can switch between two completely different visual effects depending on the object or intent — clear, sharply focused photos typical of the RICOH GR series, and soft, delicate photos captured with an HDF filter. The default setting of the Fn button (function) is to enable/disable HDF.
Additional features
