BETAFPV Pavo20 Pro II 4S O4 Pro ELRS 2.4G is an advanced Brushless Whoop FPV drone designed for dynamic freestyle and recording high-quality cinematic FPV materials. In this version, the manufacturer combined a more powerful 4S drive with a digital video system DJI O4 Air Unit Pro and a receiver ExpressLRS 2.4 GHz.

The Pavo20 Pro II uses a new, improved frame design with a wheelbase of 93,9 mm, which provides high rigidity, impact resistance and easier assembly of components. In combination with the LAVA 1104 5500KV engines and the Cube 2–4S 30A 3IN1 controller, we get a dynamic platform designed for demanding FPV pilots.

DJI O4 AIR UNIT PRO – DIGITAL FPV IN HIGH QUALITY

The most important element of this configuration is the factory-installed DJI O4 Air Unit Pro. The system provides high-quality digital FPV image transmission and the ability to record material directly during flight.

The Pavo20 Pro II is equipped with a dedicated O4 Air Unit Pro Bracket, which keeps the video system stable and helps reduce the impact of vibrations generated by the drive.

The design is also compatible with other DJI O4 system variants, ensuring that the platform remains flexible in terms of configuration.

ELRS 2.4 GHZ – FAST AND PRECISE CONTROL

The ELRS 2.4G version uses the ExpressLRS serial receiver, providing quick response to pilot commands and a stable connection.

ExpressLRS is one of the most popular control systems used in FPV drones. It allows you to use your own equipment equipped with a compatible 2.4 GHz ELRS module.

4S DRIVE – LAVA 1104 5500KV

The 4S variant received a more powerful drive system specially prepared to work with higher voltage. Four brushless LAVA Series 1104 5500KV motors were used.

High torque and properly selected KV value ensure a large amount of thrust, quick reactions to rod movements and adequate power reserve during dynamic freestyle.

Compared to the 3S version, equipped with 7200KV motors, the 4S variant uses a lower KV value optimized for a higher supply voltage.

CONTROLLER CUBE 2–4S 30A 3IN1

The new Cube 2–4S 30A 3IN1 FC is responsible for controlling the Pavo20 Pro II 4S. This is a significant change from the 3S version, which uses the F4 2–3S 20A AIO.

The controller has been prepared to handle the 2–4S voltage and offers a larger current supply, suitable for a more powerful 4S drive. It also provides a quick response to the control system during dynamic maneuvers.

UP TO 10 MINUTES 30 SECONDS FLIGHT

One of the most important advantages of the 4S version is the extended flight time. With the LAVA II 4S 680 mAh battery, the Pavo20 Pro II can fly for up to about 10 minutes 30 seconds.

With the LAVA II 4S 580 mAh battery, the declared flight time is about 8 minutes 30 seconds.

The actual flight time depends on the style of pilotage, the weight of additional equipment, weather conditions and the battery used.

NEW PAVO20 PRO II FRAME

The Pavo20 Pro II received a completely improved frame design with a wheelbase of 93,9 mm. It uses a reinforced support structure and guided mounting points that facilitate the correct positioning of the elements during assembly.

The mounting system uses only 4 screws, which simplifies installation and servicing while ensuring high rigidity of the structure.

The frame also uses thickened PA12 shields to protect the propellers and increase the drone's resistance to accidental impacts.

BETTER PROTECTION OF DJI O4 PRO SYSTEM

The dedicated O4 Air Unit Pro Bracket is designed specifically for the DJI O4 Pro system. The reinforced panel on the camera side increases its protection, and the mounting design helps to reduce vibration transmission.

The mount also allows you to adjust the angle of the camera in the range of 0 to 40°, allowing you to customize the perspective to suit your individual flying style.

The design also provides easy access to ND filters and allows you to quickly change antennas without the use of additional tools.

PROPELLERS GF D2.2 3-BLADE

The Pavo20 Pro II uses three-blade GF D2.2 3-Blade propellers. They were selected for the characteristics of the 4S drive used.

The propellers are fixed with screws, making the connection to the engine more secure than with a classic push-in mount. This reduces the risk of loosening the propeller during intense flying.

BUILT-IN BUZZER

The Pavo20 Pro II is equipped with an integrated buzzer, which helps to find the drone after an emergency landing.

This is especially useful when flying outdoors, when a small drone can land in tall grass or any other hard-to-reach location.

READY FOR GPS

The Pavo20 Pro II design has dedicated GPS mounts compatible with most modules with sizes 12 × 12 mm and 18 × 18 mm.

This allows you to easily extend the configuration with GPS without having to do the mount yourself. The set includes two GPS brackets.

NIGHTFIRE RGB LED

The integrated NightFire RGB LED tape improves the visibility of the drone during flight and facilitates its orientation in space.

The backlight also increases the visual appeal of the Pavo20 Pro II, especially during flights at dusk and after dark.

COMPATIBILITY WITH DJI O4, O4 WIDE AND O4 PRO

The new Pavo20 Pro II carbon plate is designed to support various variants of the DJI O4 system. The design supports the DJI O4 Air Unit, DJI O4 Wide Air Unit and DJI O4 Air Unit Pro.

This allows the user to change the video configuration in the future without having to replace the entire framework.

FACTORY TUNING FOR DJI O4

The Pavo20 Pro II comes with pre-optimized PID parameters designed to work with DJI O4 systems.

The right configuration can be selected via the OSD, which makes it easier to prepare the drone for flight and allows you to use its capabilities without having to perform full tuning from scratch.
