Lubricate lightly with oil or lard the inside of each of the 4 containers, pound the egg and go.
Pour water into the appliance and set Cooking.
Depending on the size of the egg, cook for 10 to 14 minutes (you can always see if the proteins have already cut)
Convenient handle for removing the mold from the basket, but remember that they are hot immediately after cooking.
