Iron the wool on the left side through a thin cotton cloth – you will avoid shiny marks. Start with fabrics that require the lowest temperature: the iron heats up faster than it cools.

The manufacturer recommends distilled water – it protects the steam chamber and nozzles from sediment. Do not pour water from the dryer, from batteries or water with additives (starch, perfume, rinsing liquid). Fill the tank to the MAX line, with the iron disconnected.

The ceramic coating glides evenly even over electrifying fabrics, so you don't press the iron with force. 40 nozzles distribute steam over the entire surface of the foot, and the coating is scratch-resistant.

The anti-calc system reduces limescale deposition in the steam chamber. The Self Clean button flushes the nozzles with hot water and steam – one press over the sink every few weeks.

Can I iron without steam? Yes – the steam regulator in the “0” position turns off the steam, the iron works like dry.

Does it iron vertically? Yes – steam strikes work with an iron held vertically, 3 to 5 cm from the hanging fabric.

Why does water drip from the foot? At too low a temperature, the steam will not be able to form – set the knob at least to ••; the drip lock limits the drops, but does not replace the correct temperature.

What water should I pour? Distilled, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

How to care for an iron? Once every few weeks, run Self Clean over the sink, after ironing, empty the tank and set the iron aside on the base.
