❓ MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

❔ Is the washer suitable for cleaning upholstery and car seats? Yes. The set includes a dedicated fabric tip. Steam penetrates the structure of the material, removes stains and refreshes without soaking.

❔ Can it handle grout in the bathroom? Yes – this is one of the most common applications indicated by customers. The narrow spray tip directs the steam stream exactly into the gap, and the hot steam pulls dirt out of the grout pores.

❔ Why does the steam button need to be held? This is intentional security. The washer does not extract steam accidentally, which protects against burns – especially important at home with children. After a few uses, it becomes reflexive.

❔ Isn’t a 450 ml tank enough? For a manual washer, it is standard capacity. One filling is enough for ok. 8 to 10 minutes of operation, which allows you to clean e.g. the entire shower cubicle or set of windows. If you clean more, you just add water. Small capacity is a conscious compromise – this makes the washer light and handy.

❔ What water should I pour? Preferably distilled or filtered – this prevents scale build-up in the tank and extends the life of the device. Tap water also works, but with regular use it is worth reaching for distilled.

❔ Does steam really disinfect? Yes. High steam temperature (above 100°C) effectively eliminates bacteria, viruses and mites from the cleaned surface.

❔ On what surfaces NOT to use the washer? Avoid use on unprotected wood, waxed parquet, natural leather and delicate electronics. If in doubt, test on a small, invisible surface.

❔ Will the washer do everything by itself? Steam dissolves most dirt perfectly, but with very dried dirt (e.g. perennial sediment) it is worth supporting it with a brush from the set. This is normal – a steam cleaner is not a magic wand, but really reduces the time and effort when cleaning.
