The rim adapts to your needs: you can increase and decrease its load. If you start training with this device, remember that the larger the rim diameter, the harder it is to rotate. So at the beginning we advise you to remove one or several elements (to reduce the diameter), and then gradually add them.
When starting your workout, stand up straight and place the hoop at waist height. Spread your legs slightly and slightly extend one of them forward. To vary the exercises, rotate the hoop by making forward/backward body movements instead of circular movements (like hula hoops).
