The METALLIC series of pots and accessories from BERLINGER HAUS are made of high-quality forged aluminum, coated internally with a triple granite (marble) coating with a very high hardness coefficient. The external coating is available in several color versions with a characteristic metallic sheen. These attractive and fashionable dishes are equipped as standard with SOFT TOUCH handles (silicone handle). Suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, induction. The TURBO INDUCTION system (heats up very quickly) saves up to 35% of energy.

The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but retains its advantages: it does not burn, and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings in this respect.

The granite coating makes the dishes extremely resistant to all scratches and durable. This type of pot and pan also allows frying with a minimal amount of fat, because the dish heats up similarly to stone and gives off heat over its entire surface.
