How does HHW02 work?

The operation of HHW02 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (load). When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting the abdominal and trunk muscles into a state of tension.

Note: Before use, the circuit should be tightly closed!

Training and massage in one

When performing a 360-degree movement, the heads located in each segment of the hula hoop alternately press on the body, resulting in an additional massage effect, providing a pleasant feeling.
