Professional RF7 Dual Speed nebulizer working in two modes offers matching speed and efficiency of inhalation to individual needs. The speed switch (MIN/MAX) allows more than double the acceleration of the treatment, up to 0,55ml/min. Faster therapy is an additional advantage when nebulising children who are more easily impatient.

ProfiNeb is a versatile inhaler that supports the treatment of the entire range of upper and lower respiratory tract . In the MAX position, it reaches particles o with the parameter MMAD 4,58 µm, suitable for supporting treatment of the larynx, trachea and bronchi. In the MIN position, thanks to the switch acting as a valve, reaches MMAD particles 3,78 µm, reaching the deepest range of the lower respiratory tract, i.e. gills and alveoli, increasing efficiency, at the same time reducing the dispersion of mist in the environment.

What is MMAD?

The size of the particles produced during inhalation determines the MMAD parameter (µm), which the smaller it is, the deeper it reaches in our respiratory system. Modification of particle size has a positive effect on the effect of therapy, allowing for matching delivery of the drug w dependent on the respiratory area, in the most efficient and effective way.
