PARI Sinus 2 is a specialized inhaler designed for upper respiratory tract therapy, developed for people struggling with acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. The device can be used by both adults and children from 6. Year of age, which makes them a versatile solution for the whole family. A key distinguishing feature of PARI Sinus 2 from standard inhalers is pulsating aerosol technology. Unlike traditional nebulizers that produce a continuous mist, PARI Sinus 2 generates an aerosol with pulsation, making it much easier for particles of the drug or saline solution to penetrate the osteoid into the paranasal sinuses. It is there, in hard-to-reach areas of the sinuses, that the medicinal substance acts directly at the site of inflammation.
The device consists of two main components: a compressor that produces compressed air, and a nebulizer in which the inhalation solution is converted into a fine mist. Thanks to the use of the PARI LC SPRINT SINUS nebuliser, the device can also be used to treat the lower respiratory tract, which significantly expands the scope of its application.

The application contains games and educational videos adapted to the age of the child, which in an accessible way explain the principles of inhalation and the construction of the respiratory tract - thus facilitating the procedure and motivating the youngest to cooperate.
