Microwave Motion Sensor ZAMEL MCR-01Microwave motion sensors are active motion detectors – an integrated measuring element sends out electromagnetic high-frequency waves (5,8 GHz) and receives their echo.
The sensor detects changes in echo caused by even the slightest movement in the observed area. The devices are characterized by high operating frequency, low power emission (MCR-01 is a microwave motion sensor, designed for installation in lighting fixtures, behind walls and other obstacles made of drywall, glass, wood, plastic, etc.
In the case of such installation, the motion sensor is not visible to people moving around the area that the sensor supervises.
This solution increases indoor safety – the sensor is inaccessible to intruders and turns on the light automatically.
