Scratching post with sisal – protection of the sofa and furniture

The central element is a post wrapped in natural sisal with a diameter of 6,5 cm after applying the rope. The sisal rope (3 mm) is resistant to heavy use and provides your cat with the right surface for sharpening their claws.

Regular use of the scratching post helps to:

• reduce the destruction of furniture,
• discharge the tension and energy of the cat,
• take care of the proper condition of the claws.

This is a stable sisal scratching post for everyday use.

Small standing scratching post – stable construction

The base is made of chipboard with a thickness of 1,2 cm (class E1), trimmed with soft plush fabric 350 g/m². Thanks to this, the scratching post does not move during use, and the cat can rest freely on it.

The weight of 0,862 kg makes the model:

• light to carry,
• and at the same time stable enough for kittens and smaller cats.

Ideal as a first scratching post for a young cat.

Scratcher with a toy on a string – additional activity

A plush ball is attached to the post on an elastic cord. It is a simple but effective way to stimulate the hunting instinct.

Toy:

• encourages movement,
• supports the development of kittens,
• prevents boredom during the absence of a caregiver.

Thanks to this, the scratching post performs not only a utilitarian function, but also entertainment.
