Pour thick ground coffee (1 tablespoon for every 4 oz / 120 ml of water). Pour water 92-96°C - wait a while after boiling. Stir, apply the lid, wait 4 minutes. Slowly press the plunger to the bottom - the steel filter stops the grounds. Pour immediately - coffee left with grounds becomes bitter. All items (including glass jug) for dishwasher.
