How to brew coffee in a Chemex set?

1. Place the filter in the infuser.
2. Pour coarsely ground coffee in a proportion of 6-7g per 100ml of water.
3. Slowly and evenly pour the coffee with water at a temperature of about 90-95°C.
4. Brew coffee for about 3-4 minutes.
