The set includes 6 filters

Spitze Ellipse is a cheaper alternative to the original water filters for DeLonghi coffee machines.

The filter provides optimal protection of the machine against impurities, mainly boiler scale resulting from hard tap water.

The ion-exchange resin inside the filter softens the water, making limescale build-up much slower than in devices without a filter.

Remember that keeping the machine in good condition allows you to enjoy its operation for longer (lime deposits can clog the ducts in the device, and in consequence even damage the entire coffee machine). In addition, water without scale is better foam on coffee, or no "scum" on the surface of tea.

The second, very important component of the mixture inside the filter is carefully selected activated carbon , responsible for catching mechanical impurities (e.g. sediment from water pipes) and chlorine in the water. Thanks to it, the coffee gains a unique aroma without the unpleasant smell of chlorine.

Who is the Spitze Ellipse for?

Spitze Ellipse is a very good replacement for the DLSC002, SER3017 filter installed in DeLonghi espresso machines.

Installation instructions for Spitze Ellipse filters

Before inserting the filter into the tank, immerse it in water for 10-20 seconds , then gently shake it to get rid of the carbon granule residue and properly vent the filter.

Thanks to the filter, you can be sure that your machine is properly protected and you drink properly filtered water.

Attention:

The filter should be replaced every 2 months or after filtering 400 cups. Only timely replacement of the filter ensures the perfect taste of coffee!

The filter fits all DeLonghi™ espresso machines
