The induction pan with 2 short handles and lid Starke Pro Stoneware 28 cm is made of aluminum. The technique of homogeneous die cast aluminum casting was used to create it. Thanks to this, it is well balanced and very durable in terms of mechanical and thermal. The inside of the pan is finished with a non-stick MARBLE PLUS coating. Its high quality, excellent adhesion and 3-layer structure have been hardened. It is also PFOA Free. Energy efficiency is ensured by the induction bottom. It is thanks to him that you can use the Stoneware 28 x 8 cm marble pan on any stove. The non-stick coating will also allow you to fry on a small amount of fat and care without any problems. It can withstand up to 10 000 abrasion cycles, which is five times more than ordinary non-stick marble pans available on the market. The model is also easy to care for, as you don't have to scrub away dried debris. It should be washed by hand, never in the dishwasher. Lid with stainless rim and discreet system to regulate the amount of steam inside the dish allows you to stew ingredients. Carrying and using the model is facilitated by soft touch handles, which do not heat up and do not slip out of the hand. The Starke Pro Stoneware Marble series with stone coating was also tested by a professional chef, Piotr Kucharski. He recommends this tile induction pot for long-term use in the home kitchen.
