Reduce the influx of cold or warm air through the door. The RED TECHNIC RTGC0056 air curtain serves primarily as an air barrier in the aisle, and additionally allows you to heat up a room or office without taking up space on the floor. It combines a ceramic heating element with an air supply and an electronic thermostat, and you can change the settings with the remote control, without approaching the device. It is designed for dry, well insulated rooms.

🔴 BARRIER IN THE DOOR, EXTRA WARMTH IN THE ROOM

When you open the door, the air moves between spaces of different temperatures. The airflow creates a barrier that helps limit this exchange — both the influx of coolness into the heated interior and warm air into the cooler room. This is the main application of the RED TECHNIC RTGC0056 curtain.

You can also heat your living room, bedroom or home office with curtain air. You can hang the device on the wall and change the settings from where you rest or work. It is designed for well insulated indoor spaces; not for bathrooms, laundry rooms or areas exposed to water and moisture.

🔴 TWO POWER LEVELS – CHOOSE THE HEATING FORCE

Ceramic heating element works with a fan that distributes heated air in the room. You choose 1000 or 2000 W, depending on your current heating needs. The lower degree allows you to heat the interior with less power, and the higher one is useful when the room is cooler and you need more intense heating.

When controlling the temperature, the device automatically turns on a higher degree of heating when the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature is large – then you do not have to manually increase the power. When heating is not needed, you can run the air supply itself without the heater on to set the air in motion without heating it.

🔴 THERMOSTAT AND REMOTE CONTROL – SET THE TEMPERATURE FROM THE SEAT

The electronic thermostat allows you to choose the set temperature in the range of 18 – 45°C. When the difference between the setting and the temperature measured in the room is large, the device automatically turns on a higher degree of heating.

The remote control included allows you to change settings without approaching the suspended housing – useful when working at a desk or resting in the evening.

🔴 OSCILLATION — VARIABLE AIRFLOW

You don’t have to constantly direct warm air to one point. The enabled oscillation changes the direction of airflow, helping to distribute heat throughout the room. This is useful when you want to heat the space around your desk or rest area instead of focusing the stream in one direction.

Oscillation turn on and off with the remote control, without approaching the suspended radiator. So you can choose a variable airflow or abandon the movement of the stream – depending on how you want to use the heating.

🔴 TIMER — TURN OFF AFTER THE SELECTED TIME

Heat the room for the selected time, without remembering to manually turn off the heater. Set the timer to 1 to 8 hours, in hourly increments — for example, two hours of evening reading or several hours of desk work. After the set time, the device will turn off automatically.

It’s a practical choice when you need warmth for a certain part of the day, but don’t want to set a permanent plan for the whole week. The Off timer does not work simultaneously with the active weekly schedule — you choose to count down the time or work on a schedule.

🔴 AIR SUPPLY ITSELF WHEN YOU DO NOT NEED HEATING

You can run the fan without the heater turned on to set the air in motion. This mode is not active cooling. The designation 0 W refers to the heating power, not to the energy consumption of the entire device.

🔴 WEEK HEATING ACCORDING TO YOUR HOURS

You can choose from 5 ready-made programs and 1 own. Ready-made schedules include day, night, business days or the weekend itself:

• P1: daily 08:00 to 17:00.
• P2: daily from 18:00 to 07:00 the next day.
• P3: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00; weekend off.
• P4: start Monday through Friday at 18:00 and end at 07:00 the next day; no starts on the weekend.
• P5: Saturday and Sunday 00:00 – 23:59; business days excluded.

The own P6 program allows you to assign one work interval each day. Settings include full hours between 00 and 24, with no minutes; the start time must be earlier than the end.

The schedule is available when heating or operating at set temperature, not at the air supply itself. Turning off the main I/O switch resets the schedule, and after cutting off the power, you need to set the current time again. A built-in programmer is used for work planning – the device should not be powered by an external timer or an automatically switched circuit.

🔴 YOU CAN READ THE TEMPERATURE ON THE PANEL

The built-in measurement allows you to check the ambient temperature in standby. Digital reading is accompanied by function indicators that help you recognize the set way of working.

The blue flashing indicator extinguishes after 10 minutes of operation and can be woken up with a button.

🔴 WINDOW DETECTION — TEMPERATURE DROP CONTROL

The enabled temperature drop detection function is indicated by a flashing indicator. It activates after 1 minute, controls the temperature every 5 minutes, and the detection cycle lasts 10 minutes.

The function is available when heating or operating at set temperature, not at the air supply itself.

🔴 CABLE 155 CM – CHOOSE THE PLACE OF CONNECTION

The power cord is 155 cm long and the device works from the 230 V / 50 Hz network. During operation, the cable must be expanded; the use of an extension cord is not recommended.

🔴 WALL MOUNTING – CHECK THE PLACE AND SPACING

The device is hung on two screws in the rear hitch holes, and then moved from position A to B. The hole spacing is 330 mm, and the screws should protrude from the wall about 10 mm.

• Working position: horizontally on a vertical wall, with an outlet at the bottom.
• Assembly height: 2 m above the floor.
• Free space: at least 30 cm from the ceiling and at least 1 m in front of the device.
• Wall capacity: must support a load of 4,1 kg.
• Position relative to the outlet: do not mount directly under the electrical outlet.

🔴 THERMAL PROTECTION AND CONTROLLED HEATING COMPLETION

Overheating protection automatically turns off the device when 51°C is detected. After turning off the heating, the fan works for 30 seconds.

The curtain must not be covered or used to dry clothing.
