HEAVY MASSIVE CAST IRON PANS Ø 25, 20, 16 cm. MADE FROM A SINGLE CAST IRON.

The pans are factory blackened, i.e. fired in fat, which provides cast iron impregnation and protects against food sticking.
Before the first use, the pan should be washed with a sponge or brush in hot water without the use of detergents.
As part of maintenance, from time to time it is advisable to rub the vessel with edible fat (animal fat or oil) to prevent complete degreasing of the walls of the vessel.
Brak preservative coating promotes food sticking, degreasing can cause discoloration or rust.
