Glue Griffon WDF-05 - 125ml

Very fast, blue, thixotropic adhesive for connecting (flexible) PVC pipes, hoses and fittings

• for use in pressure installations, drainage, irrigation, etc.
• approved for use in water supply systems
• Ideally suited for installations exposed to high moisture - swimming pools, swimming pools and spa facilities
• suitable for both flexible and hardened PVC cables
• tightly fills the tolerances of glued elements, which are most often caused by the ovalization of pipes of larger diameters
• tolerance ranges: from 0,2 to 0,8mm (flexible cables - max. 0,3mm)
• suitable for components up to 160 mm in diameter
• Max. 16 bar (PN 16)

Usage:

STEP 1 - Cut the pipes perpendicularly with a PVC pipe cutter, chamfer the outer and inner edges of the pipe at an angle of 15 degrees.

STEP 2 - Clean the surfaces to be glued together.

STEP 3 - Apply glue properly selected for the diameter with a brush, quickly and evenly around (4-6 times) on both surfaces (thicker layer on the turn, thinner on the fitting).

STEP 4 - Connect the parts immediately. Remove excess glue with soft paper. Do not load the glued place for 10 minutes.
