For the needs of the American police force, and in limited quantities for the civilian market, it was also used during World War II by the American armed forces. Very sturdy and reliable, this motorcycle was used by the military police for surveillance and by couriers to quickly deliver messages between units on the front line, thanks to the good adhesion to the road and the performance of its powerful engine.
