The Med2000 CX AreoKid piston inhaler is manufactured by the Italian company med2000 with a patented special piston engine. This inhaler is a high-performance device designed for the whole family. It is characterized by a fast inhalation rate and ease of use. When you buy this inhaler, you also get the patented ANDY FLOW® sprayer included in the kit, which ensures proper fragmentation of the administered drug. ANDY FLOW® sprayer is a class IIa medical device that converts a liquid pharmacologically active agent (drug) into an aerosol form applied in the airways. Various configurations of the ANDY FLOW® sprayer allow the selection of particles of the desired size range (MMAD) in the sprayed aerosol. The ANDY FLOW® set is equipped with three different overlays.
Overlay A: upper respiratory tract therapy
Overlay B: tracheo-bronchial therapy
Overlay C: Lower respiratory tract therapy
Andy Flow spray settings allow you to adjust the rate of nebulisation as well as control and select the right size of particles in the spray mist. The nebulizer ensures high effectiveness of treatment and gives a wide range of treatment options for various respiratory diseases in both children and adults.
The device operates in intermittent mode, i.e. 30 minutes of work, then 30 minutes of break. Recommended for asthma, vagina, upper and lower respiratory tract diseases and prevention. The set comes with a set of inhaler stickers to make it child-friendly as well.
