Conical filter for anemostat Ø 125 mm

A set of conical filters for round anemostats with a diameter (fi) of Ø 125 mm consisting of 10 (ten) high quality filters class G4 (EU4).

The filters fit most round anemostats (air valves), in particular anemostats with mounting frame.

Tapered filters are used for additional filtration directly at the site of the installation of the anemostat in the room. Especially recommended for installation with exhaust anemostats, in rooms with increased air pollution (e.g. in the kitchen, bathroom) to protect ventilation ducts from dust, grease and dirt. Optional installation with supply anemostats allows you to remove or reduce the phenomenon of soiling of the ceiling around the anemostat.

Important! After installing the filters, the anemostat settings should be adjusted according to. indications given below or after additional air flow measurements.

High quality filter for anemostat Ø 125 mm

Filters for anemostat Ø 125 mm are made of high quality filter mat with high dust absorption. The mat is made of high-quality polyester fibers combined mechanically and thermally. The progressive construction of the filter mat (fiber density increases towards the "clean" side) and the special, conical shape of the filter allows for optimal filtration parameters.

No additional elements are required for non-invasive installation of filters, in particular, no removal of foam seals at anemostats is required. A simple replacement procedure ensures comfort of use.

Installation of conical filters for anemostats

• Remove the completely middle, movable disk from the anemostat by recording the number of revolutions - if you have a dedicated key for anemostats, you can skip this step.
• Unscrew and remove the anemostat - in most cases, the anemostat is screwed into a special frame permanently mounted in the ceiling / wall.
• Slide the conical filter onto the anemostat - the conical filter is respectively wider than the nominal diameter of the anemostat.
• Slide the anemostat with the filter into the hole, press into the frame and screw in - the edge of the conical filter will jam between the anemostat and the frame. Screw back the middle disc reducing the number of revolutions by 3 for anemostats 80/100/125mm or by 4 for anemostats 160/200mm.

The presented procedure applies to the vast majority of round anemostats available on the market, in particular anemostats with a metal frame permanently fixed in the ceiling / wall. If you have a different type of anemostat, simply make sure that the edge of the filter jammed between the anemostat and the hole during installation.

Important! Conical filter for annemostat, like any element of the ventilation system, introduced additional resistance for the flowing air, so it is important to make appropriate adjustments to the anemostat settings (properly unscrew the disk). The above proposed number of revolutions by which the disk in the anemostat should be unscrewed take into account the parameters of the average anemostat and the average air flow through the anemostat.
