1. Note on cleaning efficiency: After wiping the glass with a cleaning cloth, water streaks may remain on it – this is normal. In the case of heavily soiled glass, it is recommended to clean them in advance. The use of window cleaner can improve the cleaning effect.

2. Power Note: This model requires connection to a wired power source. The built-in battery with a capacity of 500 mAh serves only as an emergency power supply in case of a power outage. If the device stops working, first check that the power plug is properly connected and what is the level of charge of the emergency battery.

3. Spray function note: The device is equipped with a mist spray system (acting on a similar principle as an air humidifier) and not a jet water spray. The gentle mist keeps the cleaning cloth in a state of light moisture, which stabilizes the friction necessary to maintain the vacuum (suction to the glass), prevents the device from slipping and falling, protects against short circuits caused by water entering the device and extends the working time on one filling of the tank.

4. Water tank tip: Water leakage from the tank usually results from an inaccurately closed lid. After filling the tank, make sure that the lid is properly and tightly closed.
