The operation of HHM16 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (load). When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force begins to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting the abdominal and trunk muscles into a state of tension.

The HHM16 is equipped with an improved meter. 4 Simple and fast circuit adjustment

The size can be set from 10 to 16 elements, i.e. waist circumference from 59 cm to 113 cm (loop diameter: 28 cm to 45 cm). Thanks to this, the device will never fall off during training, so even beginners can use it.
Installation is carried out with clips. Simply press the clip to pull out or slide in the extra piece. Then slide the gravity ball rail into the loop, adjust the length of the strap and you're done. It is important not to pull out the element where the sensor responsible for providing data is located.
5 Training intensity adjustment
An additional advantage is the ability to change the length range of the gravity ball strap, which allows you to adjust the intensity and level of difficulty of training - the longer the strap, the more strength you need to put into training. Adjustable from 20 cm to 38 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during exercise, i.e. greater weight and a higher level of difficulty in performing rotations.
