Designed to work with a wide range of Peak Design* packaging tools that provide protection and organization for any combination of clothing, provisions, camping, sports or photography equipment – from a single camera to a full professional creative setup.

Vest-style straps relieve shoulders and distribute strain for maximum comfort for different body types, while offering the perfect storage space and attachment points for the Peak Design Capture* handle.

For even more convenience, you can opt for a padded, quick-release and adjustable hip belt (Peak Design Hip Belt)* that provides additional support, storage and the ability to attach the Capture handle*.

Above-average durability

The backpack is highly abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant, thanks to the Terra Shell™ 210D ripstop nylon fabric, made of 100% recycled, bluesign-approved and PFAS-free. Optional rain cover* provides full protection against water.

Instant access when you need it

The backpack is equipped with a patented Ultra Cinch™ opening, which ensures easy packing and unpacking, instant access to the inside of the backpack, and also allows you to increase the capacity by an additional 5L!

The huge rear access opening, fully opened, makes packing a breeze. It is also an ideal option for safely carrying your photography equipment with Peak Design Camera Cubes* cartridges.

Three external Flex Pockets™ can be used to store larger items such as a water bottle, hiking poles, jacket or tripod. Cord Hook™ external transport cords and Gear Loops provide endless possibilities for attaching things to the outside of the backpack, while Cord Rails™ provide 360-degree attachment points. You can even attach Peak Design Ultralight Packing Cubes* to the modular organization of items outside the backpack.

Compatibility

The Peak Design Outdoor Backpack 25L holds 1x Camera Cube S-Medium cartridge and Camera Cube X-Small cartridge.

Access:

• The excellent Ultra Cinch™ design ensures quick and easy opening/closing, has expandability and allows you to attach items to the top of the bag.
• Access to the rear opening through the weather-resistant UltraZip #8 lock.

Handle and comfort:

• Greater comfort thanks to low-profile, padded vest-style straps that better distribute weight and provide quick access to storage compartments.
• Shoulder straps are equipped with mesh pockets with hidden attachment points for the Peak Design Capture Clip (product sold separately).
• Double sternum straps with quick adjustment for a more active and ergonomic fit.
• Top handle for easy transport.

• Quick-release external Cord Hook™ (2x) carry cables allow you to carry items outside the backpack. Loops can also be used to mount Ultralight Packing Cubes (sold separately).
• Hidden Cord Rails™ allow you to mount external Carry Cords, Gear Loops or other items almost anywhere outside the bag.

Movement of photo/video equipment:

• Holds Peak Design Camera Cubes v2 cartridges in sizes S-Medium and X-Small (products sold separately).

Protection and care:

• The basic outer material is ultra-light Terra Shell™ 210D ripstop nylon, which is 100% recycled.
• Additional outer material (front and bottom) is Terra Shell™ 210D ripstop with TPU coating.
• PFAS-free hydrophobic coating with PU inner coating.
• The backpack is weatherproof and can be equipped with an optional rain cover (sold separately), ensuring complete water resistance.
• Spot clean with warm water and mild detergent, wash only by hand.
• Fair Trade Certificate and 100% carbon neutrality.

Differences from the Outdoor Backpack 45L

• Smaller capacity and upper extension (3L vs. 11L extension).
• Less space for photographic equipment (it holds the Camera Cube S-Medium cartridge, and the 45L version - Camera Cube Large).
• Less weight.
• No adjustment of the shoulder harness.
• 3 external Flex Pockets™ (there are 5 pockets in the 45L model).
• No inner zip pocket.
• No straps to lift the load.
