Functional display for a collection of cars

If you are looking for a way to organize your collection of resoraks, which at the same time will be an impressive decoration of the room, the TIR truck-shaped shelf combines organizer, collector display and wall decoration in one product.

The shelf was designed and made in Poland from a well-thought-out combination of plywood and HDF board.

The main plywood construction provides adequate rigidity and a natural look, while the internal compartments made of HDF allow you to get smooth, thin and regular elements.

The visible edges of the plywood are additionally carefully sanded.

The cabin, wheels and other decorative elements of the truck are not a print or sticker – they are separately made elements from HDF board, which create a spatial appearance of the product.

EXHIBITION AND ORDER IN ONE

The regular layout of the compartments allows you to organize your cars and display each model separately at the same time.

Instead of storing the collection in a box or drawer, the cars remain well visible and easily accessible.

The shelf will work as:

• display for resoraki,

• exposure of small car models.

Models can be arranged according to color, vehicle type, series or your own idea.

The shelf is designed and manufactured in Poland.

During the execution, we pay special attention to:

• accurate fitting of individual elements,
• aesthetics of construction,
• processing of visible edges,
• regularity of compartments,
• quality of the final finish.

Instead of making the entire display from one material, we used two materials selected according to their function.

Plywood is responsible for the construction. HDF allows you to refine the interior and details.

SOLID PLYWOOD CONSTRUCTION

The main elements of the shelf are made of plywood with a natural look.

The layered plywood structure gives the product a distinctive wooden appearance and at the same time works well as a base for a larger wall structure.

We used plywood primarily where it is important:

• rigidity of the structure,
• stability,
• appropriate display base,
• natural appearance of the material.

Natural grain and slight differences in shade may vary between individual pieces and result from the nature of the wood-based material.

CAREFULLY SANDED EDGES

After making the elements, the visible edges of the plywood are additionally sanded.

Thanks to this, the surface is smoother, more aesthetic and better finished than the element left without additional processing.

This is a detail that may be poorly visible in the photo of the entire shelf, but it has a big impact on the reception of the product up close.

We do not finish production at the very cutting of elements – their final finish is also important.

WHY WE MAKE COMPARTMENTS WITH HDF

The internal elements of the shelf are made of smooth HDF board with a homogeneous structure.

This is a solution that is deliberately applied.

For small compartments, HDF allows you to achieve thin, regular and smooth elements without the characteristic layers visible on the edge of the plywood.

Thanks to this, the interior of the display is:

• smoother,
• more regular,
• aesthetic,
• precisely divided,
• more pleasant in everyday use.

HDF also allows you to limit the presence of raw, layered plywood edges in the place where cars are often inserted and removed.

EVERY CAR HAS ITS PLACE

Each compartment has been prepared so that the cars can be stored separately.

Thanks to this:

• models do not lie on top of each other,
• the collection is clearly visible,
• easier to find a specific car,
• easier to maintain order,
• The whole creates an effective exhibition.

The shelf can be gradually filled as the collection develops.

Before buying, it is worth comparing the dimensions of your models with the dimensions of a single compartment.

CAB AND WHEELS MADE OF HDF BOARD – NOT A STICKER

The truck's distinctive look is not created using a print or a flat sticker.

The cab, wheels, and other decorative elements are individually cut from HDF board and then mounted onto the main structure.

This allows the individual parts to stand out slightly from the surface, creating a subtle 3D effect.

This design looks much more refined and professional than a flat graphic applied to the surface of the shelf.

SPATIAL TRUCK DESIGN

The form of the truck has been designed so that the shelf is attractive even when it is not yet completely filled.

The cab, wheels and semi-trailer form the characteristic silhouette of the truck, which is why the product also performs the function of:

The natural color scheme of the wood blends well with colorful cars and allows you to focus primarily on the collection.
