Cold pressing
Traditional juicers generate up to several thousand revolutions per minute. In addition, the resulting juice oxidizes, which worsens its taste and color. Meanwhile, GOTIE slow juicers offer cold pressing. The secret of juicers lies in the low rotational speed: the less rotation there is, the more gently fruits and vegetables are squeezed and the more nutritional values are preserved. A specially constructed auger presses the juice through a sieve made of hardened steel, without leading to loss of nutritional value. The GOTIE GSJ-200B juicer operates at a speed of only 80 rpm.
