Tin suction tape is essential and indispensable when performing repairs in electronic services.

The tape is used in both SMD and threading components. The braid is used to remove tin and remove excess tin from soldering points by adhesion method.

It is a weave of high purity copper wires. Wires have no oil or oxide impurities. The braid is covered with a layer of crystalline rosin (flux). This shortens the absorption time of tin and does not cause the effect of overheating of the element. Rosin (flux) protects the braid against its oxidation.

With its fast heating and 90W power, the WEP 948 desoldering machine allows you to quickly and conveniently solder/solder all electronic components.

Characteristics

• The fast PID processor is responsible for temperature control in the soldering iron, reacts to temperature changes in real time, thanks to which we get a very stable value of the set temperature, much better than similar products.
• The station is constructed taking into account ESD standards, this prevents damage to soldered elements.

The WEP 948 station has user-friendly features.:

• Working in C/F mode, the ability to set on the display in which units the temperature will be displayed.
• Sleep function to reduce the heating time of the flask to a set temperature has been added to the station sleep function, thanks to which after putting the flask on the stand after a predetermined time (60 seconds to even 99 minutes) it will go into sleep mode, and the temperature will drop to 200 degrees. After raising the flask again, it will take much less time to heat it to an earlier temperature. Thanks to this, the power consumption decreases, the soldering tip wears out much slower. It is possible to disable this function by setting the time to 0.
• Automatic shutdown function of the soldering station to save energy goes into sleep mode, if it is not woken up from it can automatically turn off.
• Temperature compensation function are different tips, some are long and thin other short and thick, which leads to different thermal conductivity of these tips, and thus different temperatures at their tips. This is where the temperature compensation function comes in handy, thanks to which we can correct excess or deficiency of temperature in the range of ± 50 degrees.
