To track your workout, the Helios rowing machine from CAPITAL SPORTS has a mini computer with an LED display, on which you can not only track your rowing, distance covered or calories burned, but also the power used. Thanks to Bluetooth, it is compatible with any Bluetooth 5.3 kHz heart rate band via the app. The tablet holder keeps you entertained during your workout, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or music, or connect to other fitness apps via Kinomap. Velcro footrests ensure a secure hold. After training, the rowing machine can be folded quite easily and easily moved using the sliding wheels - thanks to this, the Helios rowing machine will fit in any apartment.
