Depending on the thickness of the sliced pieces, you can arrange the screens at two heights (**1.5 cm or 2.7 cm spacing**), and for smaller portions, you can easily reduce the number of trays.

Full control over the drying process is provided by the built-in electronic touch panel. You can adjust the desired temperature in the range from 35°C to 70°C (change every 5°C) with great accuracy, perfectly matching the parameters to the specifics of delicate herbs or thicker cuts of meat. The extended time programmer (Timer) allows you to program the work cycle in the record range from only 30 minutes up to 99 hours.
