Graef SKS 100 model is equipped with an energy-saving 45 W motor with a maximum cutting power of 170 W! The use of Eco Power Motion technology in the SKS series ensures the lowest power consumption in your household , while allowing you to benefit from the proven performance of Graef machines . By ensuring the reliability of our German motors in our slicers , they will not lose their power while using the device. The energy-saving motor combined with a 170 mm diameter serrated blade made of stainless steel allows for effortless slicing of bread – even those with a hard crust, harder cheeses, cold cuts and vegetables. All the work will be done without any unnecessary effort on your part!

For our manual slicer, this is not a problem! The slicer is equipped with the highest quality hardened stainless steel blade with a diameter of 170 mm. The round cutting disc with a wavy, serrated blade is ideal for slicing bread/baked goods with a hard crust. However, excellent slicing results can also be obtained when cutting various cold cuts, hard cheeses, fruits and vegetables.
The stainless steel blades we install are a testament to German engineering skills and excellent craftsmanship . Handcrafted in our factory in Arnsberg, Germany , each of our classic, elegant machines makes its long journey to kitchens and families around the world.
Additionally, you can easily set the thickness at which you want to cut your ingredients in the range of 0 to 20 mm!
