ritter Sinus 5 is an electric slicer with a full metal construction and a suspended base made of shatter-resistant tempered glass. If you’re tired of putting slices from tray to plate and lifting the countertop cleaning slicer every time, Sinus 5 allows you to cut directly into a plate or platter and keep things organized more easily.

Suspended design

The solution makes the slices fall freely on the dish, without having to move them, and you have easy access to the surface under the slicer when cleaning. The full metal construction ensures high stability and precision cutting, while the glass base gives the device a sleek, “furniture” feel on the kitchen counter.

Serrated blade

The slicer is equipped with a serrated blade Ø 17 cm, designed for cutting cold cuts, ham and bread. Smooth thickness adjustment up to approx. 23 mm allows you to set the cross-section from very thin to thick slices – e.g. for cold cuts, sandwiches or hot bread. Wide, removable guide tray with track approx. The 24 cm allows you to cut larger pieces of food, and its disassembly makes it easy to clean the device.

Simple operation

The safety switch offers two modes of operation: intermittent (II), in which the blade works as long as you hold the switch, and continuous (I), in which the blade rotates until the switch returns to the “0” position. Underneath the case is a cable compartment that allows you to neatly store the power cord.

Reliable drive

The drive is an eco 65 W motor, thanks to which Sinus 5 combines energy savings with adequate cutting power.
