Minislice 1051
Mini Slice is an innovative accessory for Graef slicers. This angle attachment is perfect for slicing food products in the same slice thickness. It is made of black, hygienic and durable plastic. It is mounted on the slicer trolley in place of pressure.
The cap is a perfect complement to any GRAEF slicer, where it is used for safe, convenient and fast cutting of smaller food products such as vegetables and fruits, and even sausages.
The cut product slides through the cap opening thanks to the gravitational force, and the stainless cutting disc blade, comfortably cuts off even slices, without any unnecessary residue and unwanted risk of injury.
Mini Slice model 1051 is designed for all other Graef slicers excluding UNA models 90 and 98.
Thanks to the use of Mini Slice in the cutting process, the resulting slices are the same thickness, which is especially important when drying chopped products.
It also affects the aesthetics of the prepared food.
