The electric slicer from the Kitchen Line by Hendi will allow you to quickly and efficiently cut various types of cold cuts and meats into equal slices. It will work well in restaurants, eateries, canteens and mass catering points, as well as at home. The device has a CE certificate and meets the requirements of the Sanepid.
The casing of the slicer is made of anodized aluminum, thanks to which the device is light but corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Non-slip feet ensure adequate stability during work. On the bottom of the device there is a ventilated plastic engine cover.
A 250 mm diameter beveled blade made of hardened stainless steel has a guard and a built-in sharpener .
The slicer enables stepless adjustment of the slicing thickness in the range from 0 to 11 mm . The removable guide has a transparent protective cover. The whole can be easily removed for thorough cleaning.
