EFFORT TAILORED TO YOU

Exercises using a ladder are the most natural type of training. You exercise with the load on your own body, engaging multiple muscle groups. You train coordination, strengthen the grip, increase the range of motion in the joints. You can use the ladder for strength training, e.g. abdominal muscles, but also to warm up before the main training or stretching – the necessary ending of any form of exercise.

AT HOME, OUTSIDE, OR MAYBE ON THE CEILING?

An additional advantage of our ladder is the possibility of placing it outside, on the external wall of the building. In this way, you will enrich your Streat Workout. By mounting the equipment on the ceiling, you will get the ability to perform exercises in the overhang.

STABLE CONSTRUCTION

Exercise safety requires attaching the ladder to the wall with the 12 screws included in the kit. The ladder is mounted with up to six handles, so you can be sure that the equipment will also withstand dynamic exercises.

USE IN MANY WAYS

The KSSL094 ladder is perfect for exercises using tapes, expanders or training rubbers. You can fix them at any height and thus enrich your training with several dozen new exercises for all muscle groups. Training gums are available in our online store.

The rods have a diameter of 26,9mm, thanks to which they provide a comfortable and secure grip. The finish in black and red colors fits perfectly into any interior, both for home and professional gym.
