A microprocessor charger is a device that allows you to charge various types of lead-acid batteries. The rectifier converts the current and voltage present in the power grid into those that allow you to safely charge the battery. Zx.xA rectifiers allow you to charge all types of lead-acid batteries STD, AGM, GEL (-20℃-+40℃).

Both gel batteries (GEL) and AGM batteries are modern versions of lead-acid batteries.

In the case of GEL batteries, a gel form of electrolyte was used, obtained by mixing sulfuric acid with silica.

AGM batteries use glass mat technology, which absorbs liquid electrolyte.

They allow charging of the 12 V battery, even when the voltage drops to 8 V (or 3 V for the 6 V battery).

The rectifier automatically detects the temperature difference in the range -20°C to 40°C and enters the appropriate mode:

• Above 25°C - switches to summer mode.
