❗FREQUENT CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, SUPPORT INFORMATION:

1. Charging can be done from the mains charger 1-2A 5V, recommended time is approx. 5h charging, or charging from computer for approx. 7h.
2. The device does not indicate the level of charge, this is due to the fact that the equipment is to be discreet and miniature
3. Detection does not extend battery life, also detection switches on from a certain level of voice, when the equipment does not detect a given frequency it will not start recording or the file will be short
4. When the recording is silent, we recommend using VLC player and raise the volume to 200%
5. Instructions are sent automatically by e-mail
6. The start light only flashes for a moment, when you start recording it goes out
