FREQUENT CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, SUPPORT INFORMATION:

1. Charging can be done from the mains charger 1-2A 5V, recommended time is approx. 6-8h charging, or charging from computer for approx. 8h.
2. The device does not indicate the level of charge, this is due to the fact that the equipment is to be discreet and miniature
3. Detection does not extend battery life, also detection switches on from a certain level of voice, when the equipment does not detect a given frequency it will not start recording or the file will be short.
4. When the recording is silent, we recommend using VLC player and raise the volume to 200%, possibly in the hardware settings change the VOR to 7 or 0 so that the recordings are not ripped.

6. The microphone has the highest voice sensitivity mode set GAIN:7 , this means that it will also record crackles and noise when something is rubbed against it or when it is in your pocket
7. The recorder does not work under constant power, connected to a computer, TV or charger will charge.
