How to choose the weight of the load collar:

• 1 kg – Dedicated to younger children (weighing more than 10 kg) and people with high sensory sensitivity who need a moderate stimulus.
• 1,5 kg – The optimal choice for older children, teenagers and adults. Provides a clear but balanced weight.
• 2 kg – Created for adults and children in need of intense stimulation, which helps to relax deep muscle tensions.

• How to heat the cartridge: approx. 1,5 minutes (600 W) in the microwave; in the electric oven: 15 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius; on the radiator: until the cartridge is sufficiently heated. When heated, the cartridge gives off heat for approx. 30 minutes.
• As a cooling cartridge: put in the freezer or refrigerator, preferably in a clean and dry foil bag.
