Quick Cooking System

Rapid Cooker mode combines steaming with a fat-free air fryer. You can prepare delicious, perfectly cooked rice grains or groats, al dente pasta, delicate vegetables and a crunchy main course – all at once, in 1 dish.

Steam cooking retains up to 90% of nutrients** and quickly saturates food with moisture, while hot air fry mode gives it crispiness and caramelizes. Simply stack the ingredients on 2 levels in a pot using the adjustable Cook & Crisp tray.

Speedi Meals – quick meals

Transform your favorite ingredients into flavorful meals in just 15 minutes*. It's the perfect way to make a quick dinner during the week, e.g. in the form of loose quinoa with vegetables, stuffed peppers or spicy meatballs.

A full meal in one pot

With the Ninja Speedy ON400EU, you can prepare a full meal in one pot. Cook 3 ingredients of dinner at the same time: 4 chicken breasts, creamy pasta and delicate broccoli roses.

You can also bake a whole chicken weighing 1,6 kg, slowly cook vegetarian chili or bake a chocolate cake.

10 different cooking programs

Change the position of the Smart Switch to switch between Rapid Cooker mode and Fat Free Fryer mode.

Programs in Rapid Cooker mode:

• Speedi Meals: Perfect program for cooking one-pot meals. Create your own Speedi Meal by choosing rice, groats or pasta and arranging vegetables, meat or fish – and a dedicated program will do the rest for you.

• Steam Air Fry: Steam-saturated air quickly boils ingredients without drying them out. Enjoy food that is moist and juicy inside, and crispy on the outside – from vegetables to meat.
• Steam Bake: Bake fluffy cakes at home, bakery-like bread, garlic buns, cheesecake with crumble or other dishes such as e.g. Vegetable casserole.
• Steam: Steam everything you like, from colorful vegetables and delicate fish to steamed dumplings.

Fat-free air fryer mode

• Air Fry:This mode uses fast-circulating, hot air to produce extremely crispy dishes using little or no oil. You will use up to 75% less fat to prepare meals than with the traditional frying method. *** Fry anything you want, from salmon fillets and sweet potato fries to chicken wings and mozzarella sticks.
• Grill: The high temperature emitted by the top heater perfectly roasts and caramelizes dishes from the top. Perfect mode for pickled chicken breasts, grilled eggplant or halloumi cheese skewers.

• Bake/Roast: Use Ninja Speedi in oven mode to bake tender meats, sweet and salty pastries – from fluffy chocolate cake or cheesecake to spicy vegetable casserole or roasted chicken legs.
• Dehydrate: Gently dry ingredients using low temperature to create healthy, homemade snacks e.g. Dried beef, dried fruit, vegetable chips or cocktail decorations.
• Sear/Sauté: Use this mode to fry food from the bottom like on a stove. It is ideal for browning meats, frying vegetables and stewing sauces, chili con carne, risotto or curry. You can also brown steaks in it before slow cooking or caramelize onions to give sauces maximum flavor.
• Slow Cook: Slowly cook food at a lower temperature for delicate results – perfect for pulled pork, vegetarian chili and more.
