MAGNET WITH HANDLE + ROPE 20m + KAUSZA + CARABINER + GLOVES

✅ SET COMPOSITION:

• MAGNET WITH HANDLE
• POLYPROPYLENE ROPE 4mm/20m
• KAUSZA
• CARABINER
• GLOVES

✅ Set adapted for use in water

PARAMETERS OF MAGNET WITH HANDLE:

✅ DIMENSIONS: 59x20mm [measured without ear]

✅ LIFT: 170 KG

✅ PRODUCT WEIGHT [without additives]: 455 g

✅ THREAD: M8

✅ MAGNET CLASS: N52

✅ MAGNET COATING: NiCuNi [anti-corrosion]

✅ OPERATING TEMPERATURE: up to 80 °C [in this range the magnet works stably and does not permanently lose its magnetic properties]

✅ HOUSING COATING: Zinc [anti-corrosion]

✅ The eye bolt is permanently connected to the housing - high-quality thread adhesive has been used, there is no risk of the screw unscrewing.

✅PROTECTIVE PLATE/DECAL IS NOT NEEDED - WEAKENS THE MAGNET'S ATTRACTION FORCE

✅The magnet is very well protected - fitted into the housing and pasted on epoxy resin, which additionally absorbs shocks / impacts.

✅ The magnet is coated with Nikiel+Copper+Nikiel

✅ This is the best anti-corrosion coating used in the production of neodymium magnets

✅ The magnet housing has also been coated with an anti-corrosion layer.

✅ REMEMBER TO DRY THE MAGNET AFTER REMOVING IT FROM THE WATER

✅ The thickness of the housing wall has been adjusted to the size of the magnet so that, like the greatest power of attraction, it turns towards the exposed plane of the magnet.

✅ To connect the magnet to the housing, epoxy resin was used, which prevents water from entering the holder and protects the magnet very well against mechanical damage

✅ THE HUNTER BRAND IS A POLISH BRAND.

✅ Impressive lifting capacity parameters of the handles have been achieved thanks to the use of magnets of the highest possible class - N52

✅ The lift has been tested under laboratory conditions using 10mm thick low carbon steel and with zero gap

✅ In other conditions, due to different steel composition, rust, irregular surface, etc. the lifting force may be less.

✅ The set comes with a bow and a carabiner with security.

✅ KAUSZA - steel kausza is an excellent protection of the rope, protects it from abrasions while not weakening the breaking force to the same extent as an ordinary knot without the use of kausza.

✅ CARABINER WITH PROTECTION - steel carabiner is the perfect link between the bow and the handle. Its most important features are:

• Safety - torsional protection mechanism protects it against accidental opening
• Strength - made of 10mm thick steel wire achieves a breaking load of 525 kg
• Convenience of use - the carabiner allows us to quickly detach the magnet from the set at any time. This is especially important for problematic finds. But it also allows you to quickly change the set.
• Durability - galvanized anti-corrosion coating

✅ The rope is specially selected for the set, we use only Polypropylene ropes, with excellent strength and not absorbing water, they are commonly used in sailing

✅ ROPE PARAMETERS

• CORE and BRAID: Polypropylene Silk
• LENGTH: 20 meters
• DIAMETER: 4 mm
• STRENGTH: 180 KG
• WATER ABSORPTION: ~0%
• VERY LOW WEIGHT: 9 g/mb
• WEAVE: 16 braid

✅ Working gloves, made of high quality knitted fabric and additionally in the grip part coated with latex.

✅ Universal with anti-slip properties, designed for work where a secure grip and high abrasion resistance are needed.

✅ Have The first category of protection
