⭐ Complete mounting kit, ready to use right out of the box. Embedding a neodymium core in a steel housing significantly increases the power of the magnet and its protection against breakage as a result of a violent impact.

⚡ Note: screws should be tightened sensitively. Despite the steel casing, the neodymium core is a brittle material, resembling ceramics. Tightening the countersunk screw too hard will act as a wedge and can cause the magnet to break from the inside.

A set of 2 magnets and 2 steel washers allows for several mounting options. Worth knowing: The magnets in this set have the same polarity (they push away from each other). The system is designed to be combined with steel washers from the set or directly with metal objects.

➡ Option 1 (Magnet itself): The simplest and most popular application. You screw the magnet to the wall, bookcase or shelf and attach metal objects to it. It will work well when organizing the workshop, keeping tools such as flat wrenches or hammers in place.

➡ Option 2 (Magnet + Washer): Classic hitch. You screw the magnet on one element (e.g. furniture frame), and steel pad on the other (e.g. doors). This solution stabilizes warped wooden cabinet doors, locks sliding doors and allows you to create invisible drawer protection against children. It works well as an effective alternative to forged, mechanical bolts and latches.

➡ Option 3 (Magnet + Material + Washer): You press the material (e.g. mosquito netting), inserting it between a screwed magnet and a loose (unscrewed) steel washer. Note: each layer of material acts as a distance and drastically reduces the power of the magnet, so this method will work only for light and thin materials (up to about 2 mm thick in the case of a Magnet + Washer connection).

Magnets have a screw hole with the so-called. chamfering (cone-shaped). Thanks to this, after screwing in the included screws, their heads perfectly match the surface.

Remember that in everyday use, the strength of the magnet is influenced by two key factors:

1 Thickness of the metal surface: the thinner, the smaller the tearing force of the magnet (see Table-1 in the graphic).

2 Direction of force action: if the magnet is affected by a sliding force, the weight maintenance is determined not by one (as in the case of detachment), but by two forces: pressure force (equal to the detachment force) and friction force depending on the friction coefficient of the magnet by a given type of surface (Table-2). On slippery, polished steel, the magnet will slide off much easier than on a rough, matte surface of the same thickness.
