Different seeds = different requirements. How to get the perfect cold oil?

Each grain has a different hardness. The harder the seeds (e.g. nigella or flax), the higher the temperature of the snail and heater needs a press so that the process starts at all and the machine does not lock.

• Temperature on press display (e.g. 120°C - 150°C): This is the temperature of the heater and the screw. With very hard seeds, turn up the heater to 200 ° C - this is absolutely normal and safe for the device.
• The temperature of the flowing oil (max 40°C): The press display does not show the oil temperature! Although the auger is heavily heated, the leaking oil is usually only about 35 to 40°C.

Why is a thermometer included? The thermometer provides full control over the stamping process at any type of raw material. When changing seeds to harder ones, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the heater on the press panel. It is enough to apply a thermometer to the flowing oil guard - as long as the indicator indicates a value below 40°C, the process proceeds correctly, and the resulting product is a full-fledged cold-pressed oil that retains all vitamins and valuable Omega acids.
