- Joints are relieved, which is especially important for the elderly

An important factor is the possibility of cultivation by basically everyone
- regardless of age, condition or carcass. Nordic Walking can be practiced both by the sea, in the forest, park or in the mountains - all year round. It is good to start practicing Nordic Walking under the supervision of an instructor who will teach the correct walking technique and help you choose the right poles.

Studies have shown that good training of Nordic Walking technique allows you to achieve such health benefits as: improvement of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems,
increase in oxygen uptake by an average of 20-58 percent, depending on the intensity of stick driving.
It also develops all muscles of the lower limbs, rectifiers of the upper limbs, strengthens the muscles of the trunk, arms and shoulders, increases the mobility of the upper spine and relieves muscle tension in the shoulder area. The low load on the joints in people practicing Nordic walking makes it recommended for obese people. It also does not worsen the condition of sore joints, especially knee joints.
