Canon RF 24-105mm f/2.8L IS USM Z is a top-of-the-line "hybrid" lens with features and properties ideal for filmmaking and photography. The extremely universal focal range and fixed aperture f/2.8 make the lens suitable for virtually any subject.

The 11-leaf aperture combined with f/2.8 light provides beautiful bokeh and separation of the subject being photographed.

Aperture adjustment ring allows you to manually control it and operate smoothly and quietly during filming. The lock release switch allows you to lock the aperture adjustment ring in the automatic position when shooting and unlock it to smoothly adjust the aperture during filming.

Four elements of UD correct chromatic aberration, and three aspherical lenses eliminate spherical aberration. ASC and Super Spectra coating reduces ghosting and flare effects, while fluorine coating protects the front optical element from contamination.

Optional adapters

Optional advanced zoom adapters PZ-E2 or PZ-E2B can be operated manually or remotely using the Canon Camera Connect / EOS Utility application, the Browser Remote function or over the IP network using the XC protocol from Canon (compatible camera is required). The 20-pin interface (PZ-E2B only) provides additional support for focal/focus adjustment accessories and the Canon Zoom Servo Grip.
